Call to Mind is a telehealth service that allows people across Australia to access quality mental health care. Our team of psychiatrists and psychologists ranges in availability and speciality to best meet individual needs, and consults are held on a video-conferencing platform so appointments can be attended from anywhere. When GPs refer to us, we work collaboratively with them to provide holistic and patient-centred care in a timely and approachable way.
When we launched 2018, we had a vision to improve access to mental health services for people in under-resourced communities of rural and remote Australia. Our clinicians quickly saw that barriers to accessing care extend beyond geography, and that people in all parts of the country were in need of better support. Since then, we’ve helped over 12,000 Australians across regional and metropolitan areas with their path to recovery, and are dedicated to seeing this number grow.
Referring someone to our service is simple. Here is our referral process, including how to refer, who we see, when we see them and how we support you. We’ve also go some resources and templates to help make this process as simple as possible for you.
Call to Mind is made up of a team of dedicated psychiatrists and psychologists, and is proud to provide its clinicians with a supportive and flexible way to work. Here’s how you can join us.
