Dr Lokesh Keerthi Sekharan is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) and practicing Adult Psychiatrist with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. Dr Sekharan works primarily in public mental health services. He is passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing complex mental health conditions including psychosis, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. Skilled in comprehensive assessment, multidisciplinary collaboration, and long-term treatment planning within diverse and high-demand clinical settings.

His clinical interests lie in early intervention, chronic and complex mental health care, and system-level service improvement. He brings a strong diagnostic acumen, clinical leadership, and a dedication to improving outcomes across diverse populations.

Dr Sekharan is passionate about mentoring junior clinicians and contributing to progressive models of care that enhance both patient recovery and workforce resilience. Currently seeking opportunities to contribute to progressive mental health initiatives that value clinical leadership, innovation, and equity in care delivery.
